100 g strawberries
250 g low-fat curd cheese
50 ml mineral water
grated zest 1 organic lemon pulp of
a vanilla pod
1 teaspoon honey

Preparation:
- Puree the strawberries in a blender.
- Mix the curd cheese with the mineral water until frothy.
- Mix the strawberries, curd cheese mixture and the remaining ingredients.
- Arrange in small bowls.
