Ingredients for 2 servings:
500 g low-fat yoghurt (1%)
6 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
4 apricots
1 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp wheat germ

Preparation:
- Mix the yogurt and low-fat curd.
- Wash and core the apricots, cut into small pieces and mix with the yoghurt curd cream together with the raisins, wheat germ and wheat bran.
