Sweet berry pizza
Particularly recommended for children!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
150 g strawberries
50 g raspberries
50 g blueberries
150 g low-fat curd cheese
2 tbsp mineral water
1 tbsp honey a
few peppermint leaves for garnish

Preparation:
- Wash the strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Puree the strawberries in a blender.
- Mix the curd cheese with the mineral water and honey until creamy, spread on a large flat plate and sprinkle the strawberry puree on top.
- Top with raspberries and blueberries and garnish with peppermint leaves.
Tip Try this recipe with other berries such as currants or blackberries!
