Fruit salad with nuts
Recommended for pregnant / breastfeeding women!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
200 g strawberries
50 g blueberries
50 g grapes
1 banana
2 tbsp coarsely chopped walnuts

Preparation:
- Wash and drain the strawberries, blueberries, and grapes.
- Peel the banana and cut into fine slices, quarter the strawberries and place in a bowl with the other fruits.
- Pour walnuts over the fruit salad and serve garnished with lemon balm.
Tip Instead of walnuts, other nuts such as hazelnuts can also be used. The types of fruit can also be varied well.
