Fruit skewers with a sweet dip
Ingredients for 2 servings:
300 g fruit of
your choice (grapes, pear, banana, strawberries) 180 g low-fat yoghurt, juice of 1/2 lemon
14 leaves of mint
1 tbsp honey

Preparation:
- Cut different types of fruit into bite-sized cubes, drizzle the bananas and pears with a little lemon juice and stick them alternately on skewers.
- For the dip: Chop ten mint leaves and mix with low-fat yogurt and lemon juice, sweeten with honey.
- Arrange the skewers on a plate, decorate with the remaining mint leaves and serve the dip.
