- Harvest flowers and remove the green stems.
- Place the flowers whole or crushed in ice cube molds and pour water over them.
- Let freeze for several hours and then serve in drinks.
Caution, poisonous: You must never use or eat the flowers of oleander, rhododendron, columbine, laburnum, snow rose, autumn crocus, monkshood, foxglove, tomatoes and potatoes!
