Cherry groats
Ingredients for 2 servings:
375 g cherries
½ untreated lemon
1 teaspoon honey
1/8 l dry red wine
15 g corn starch
1 pinch of cloves (ground)
40 g skimmed yoghurt

Preparation:
- Wash and stone the cherries, wash the lemon with hot water and dry it. Thinly cut a quarter of the peel with a peeler and chop finely. Squeeze the lemon in half. Mix the cornstarch with a little wine.
- Put the cherries with the lemon zest, lemon juice, honey and the rest of the wine in a saucepan.
- Season with cloves and bring to the boil. Add the starch, simmer for three minutes, stirring, until the sauce thickens.

Fill the grits into bowls and let cool down a little. Then put in the
refrigerator for an hour or two.
- Serve with yogurt.
