Whole grain bread with a carrot and apple spread
Particularly recommended for children!
Ingredients for 6 pieces:
1 carrot
½ apple a
little lemon juice
125 g low-fat curd cheese
1 tablespoon mineral water
salt, pepper
6 whole wheat bread
slices 12 cucumber slices
approx. 8 red pepper strips

Preparation:
- Wash and finely grate the carrot. Wash the apple, peel it, grate it finely and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Mix the curd cheese with the mineral water until smooth and mix with the apple and carrot to a spreadable mass. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread on the wholemeal bread, place cucumber slices for eyes and paprika strips for nose and mouth.
