- Bring the green spelled grist to the boil in the vegetable soup, then take it off the stove and let it swell until the mixture has cooled down.
- Mix the curd cheese with the cream cheese, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and mustard and mix in the finely chopped onion, herbs and green spelled grist.
