Chives garlic bean spread
Ingredients for 2 servings:
90 g red or white beans, a
little boiled salt, pepper
10 g olive oil

Preparation:
- Puree the beans, season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Finely chop the chives and stir into the bean puree.
- The spread goes well with walnut bread and is also suitable for filling peppers, tomatoes or other vegetables.
