Apple-carrot-nut spread

Ingredients for 7 servings:

75 g carrots

25 g sour apple

lemon juice

75 g low-fat curd cheese

1 teaspoon low-fat yogurt

1 teaspoon chopped walnuts

1 teaspoon chopped Brazil nuts

Preparation:

  • Finely grate the carrots and apple, drizzle with a little lemon juice.
  • Mix the curd cheese with the yogurt until smooth, add the carrots, apple, walnuts and Brazil nuts and stir.
  • Season the spread with salt and pepper.

Note You can also use chopped pumpkin seeds instead of Brazil nuts.
