Apple couscous

Ingredients for 2 servings:

125 ml apple juice

125 ml water

100 g couscous

Preparation:

  • Bring the apple juice to the boil with water, pour over the couscous and let it steep for about five minutes.
  • Peel the apple, cut into cubes, sauté briefly in a little water with lemon juice and fold into the couscous.
