Apple couscous
Particularly recommended for children!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
125 ml apple juice
125 ml water
100 g couscous
1 large apple a
little lemon juice

Preparation:
- Bring the apple juice to the boil with water, pour over the couscous and let it steep for about five minutes.
- Peel the apple, cut into cubes, sauté briefly in a little water with lemon juice and fold into the couscous.
Note Raisins can also be added. Instead of the apple, you can also use any of your child's other favorite types of fruit.
